Appointments & Cancellation Policy

At Sanias Brow Bar, we operate as an appointment-only studio and reserve dedicated time specifically for each client. In order to respect our schedule, our teams’ time, and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of circumstance, as your reserved time cannot typically be filled on short notice.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell — including symptoms such as fever, flu, strep throat, cough, or any contagious illness — please do not attend your appointment.

For the safety of our staff and clients, we are unable to provide services to anyone who may be contagious.

If an appointment is canceled due to illness within the 24-hour cancellation window, the standard cancellation fee will still apply.

Why We Have This Policy

Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in our schedule that are difficult to refill. As a small business with a tightly booked calendar, these missed appointments directly impact our team and our ability to accommodate other clients.

By booking an appointment with Sanias Brow Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Appointment & Cancellation Policy.

Additional Studio Policy

Please note that while we love your furry friends just as much as you do, several members of our staff suffer from severe dog allergies. For the health and safety of our team and clients, we kindly ask that pets not be brought into the studio.
