Brows That Wow. “Looking in the mirror, locate your arch, which is usually directly above the outer ring of your eye,” advises Sania Vucetaj, the owner of Sania’s Brow Bar in New York City. “Using your finger, slightly lift this area so you can see how it opens up your eyes. Next, pluck four hairs from under the arch of one brow, then four from the other, repeating until you achieve a lifted look. Outline and fill in any gaps with a powder or a pencil, then use a spooley to brush brows upward,” she says. Her insider tip: When you put on face lotion, avoid getting it in your brows. “The moisturizer weighs them down and can make them look droopy,” Vucetaj says.
